Tomato Chilli Chutney

This is the chutney that earns its place at every braai. Made in small batches from ripe tomatoes and organically grown chillies, it is slow-simmered until thick, sweet, and deeply flavourful with just enough heat to keep things interesting. The kind of thing you make a plan to get more of before the jar runs out.
